• Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after successful payment.

• Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next working day.

2. Shipping Duration

Delivery timelines vary by location:

• Metro Cities: 3–5 business days

• Other Cities: 5–7 business days

• Remote Areas: 7–10 business days

Note: Delivery times may vary due to weather, courier delays, or high-order volume.

3. Shipping Charges

• Standard shipping charges may apply based on your location.

• Free shipping may be offered on selected products or during promotions.

4. Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive:

• Courier partner details

• Estimated delivery time

You can track your order anytime using the provided link.

5. Delivery Attempts

• Our courier partner will attempt delivery 2–3 times.

• If the customer is unavailable or unreachable, the order may be returned to us.

• Re-shipping charges may apply in such cases.

6. Incorrect Address / Unreachable Location

Fragrante is not responsible for delays or non-delivery due to:

• Incorrect or incomplete address

• Unreachable delivery locations

• Customer unavailability

7. Damaged or Tampered Packages

If your package arrives damaged or tampered:

1. Do not accept the parcel.

2. Take photos/videos of the damage.

3. Contact us within 24 hours for assistance.

8. International Shipping

Currently, we do not offer international shipping.
We deliver only within India.
