At Fragrante, we take great care in ensuring the quality and authenticity of our perfumes. Your satisfaction is important to us, and we’re here to help in case you receive a damaged or incorrect product.


1. Returns Eligibility

We accept returns only under the following conditions:

  • You received a damaged, leaked, or defective product.

  • You received the wrong item.

  • The return request is raised within 48 hours of delivery.

Note:
Due to hygiene and safety reasons, perfumes cannot be returned once opened or used.


2. Return Process

If you are eligible for a return:

  1. Contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

  2. Provide order details and photos/video showing the issue.

  3. After verification, our team will arrange the pickup of the product.


3. Refund Policy

Refunds are processed only in the following cases:

  • Product received damaged or leaked.

  • Wrong product delivered.

  • Product not delivered but marked delivered (after verification with courier).

Refund Method:
Refunds will be issued to your original mode of payment within 5–7 business days after the returned product is inspected and approved.


4. Non-Returnable / Non-Refundable Items

  • Opened or used perfume bottles

  • Products purchased during sale or discount

  • Orders with minor packaging damage (box dent, outer packaging tear)


5. Cancellation Policy

  • Orders can be cancelled only before dispatch.

  • If the order has already been shipped, cancellation is not possible.
